At Jewels By Lux, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, our return policy is designed to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

30-Day Return Policy

You may return any item purchased from Jewels By Lux within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided that the item is in its original, unused condition and accompanied by the original packaging and receipt.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Contact our Customer Service team at care@jewelsbylux.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all original tags, certificates, and the receipt. Clearly mark the Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the following address using a trackable and insured shipping method:

Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it. If the item meets our return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and specify the item you would like to exchange it for. If there is a price difference, our Customer Service team will assist you in processing any additional payment or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved items.
  • Items that have been altered, resized, or repaired after purchase.
